Monthly Class for Women+

Do try our monthly women’s class every second Saturday of the month from 2-5 pm –an opportunity to meditate, explore, and connect with other women around the NLBC.

What I’ve learned about the Dharma from leisure
Karunagita and team will share ways in which their leisure activities and interests have given them insights into the Dharma and support their Buddhist practice. The class will include connecting with other women+ and exploring the theme in our own lives - perhaps expanding our perspectives of where and how we practice

10 May: Guest Bodhilila hosted by Karunagita.
Bodhilila will share an aspect of her life and practice that is live for her at the moment

7 June: Learning about the Dharma from direct experience
Karunagita and team will share their experiences of opening and enquiring into what it means to be this human being in this moment. Karunagita will lead exploration of the theme with a chance to explore, connect and ask questions.

12 July: ex-Miia on their learning within their 3-month ordination retreat and what their new name means to them
