Volunteering
At the North London Buddhist Centre we are looking to develop a completely different way of being together. One based purely on open handed giving just for the meaning and connection that comes with it.
Giving is the natural, unforced interchange of one’s energy with that of others. In this sense real giving is receiving. — Urgyen Sangharakshita
We’re reaching out to invite extra support from our community to help the NLBC continue to flourish. The core centre team is currently quite stretched and could really do with your help. Could you offer some of your time (practically, creatively, or behind the scenes)?
Here are a few ways to get involved:
Drop‑In Volunteering Session
Wednesdays 10.30–11.30 am
Fridays 2.15–4.15 pm
Help with cleaning, tidying, restocking, and small practical projects in a friendly, informal setting. No commitment required, just drop in whenever you can.
