The breath is our ever present gateway to a fuller connection with ourselves and the world, and the mindfulness of breathing meditation practice offers us a clear path to ever deeper and richer levels of the mind..
Sometimes though our practice of the mindfulness of breathing can become dry, habitual or uninteresting. At such times it’s important to find ways to re-inspire and revitalise our practice, so that it once again feels alive and is something that we have energy and enthusiasm for.
In this 6 week drop in course, we will be looking at ways to revitalise our awareness of and engagement with the breath, looking not just at ways to become more concentrated but also using the breath to open up to wisdom, to seeing things more clearly as they are.
